TheHonestGrain (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a healthy meal subscription service operated as a sole proprietorship by TheHonestGrainFoods, based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We prepare and deliver fresh, nutritionist-curated lunches on a subscription basis within our delivery area in Bangalore (approximately a 5 km radius from our kitchen in HSR Layout, Bengaluru). Meals are delivered Monday to Saturday; Sundays are skipped automatically. Plans, prices and meal options are described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time.

After you choose a plan, you can customise each day's meal. Each delivery day locks at 6 PM the previous night. Once a day is locked, the kitchen has begun preparing your meal, so it can no longer be changed, skipped or cancelled.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles a range of ingredients, including common allergens. While we list ingredients and macros for every meal, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.

We take care to deliver fresh, high-quality meals, but to the extent permitted by law our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
