Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, pauses and refunds work for your subscription.

1. Cancellations

Once a subscription has been paid for, it generally cannot be cancelled. We begin planning, sourcing and preparation against your subscription as soon as it is placed, which is why we are unable to offer cancellation on paid plans as a matter of course.

Orders or meals that have already been prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Food wastage policy

If you need to cancel your meal after the 6 PM cut-off for the next day, please Whatsapp us so the food won't get wasted. Note that you will still be charged for the meal.

3. Exceptional refunds

We understand that genuine, exceptional situations come up. In such cases, refunds may be granted at our discretion after we review the request. Please reach out to us with the details and we'll do our best to help.

4. Pausing your subscription

On the 1-month plan you can pause your subscription for up to 2 days. Each pause skips an upcoming delivery and adds a day to the end of your schedule, so you never lose a meal you paid for. Pause is not available on the 1-day or 1-week plans.

A day can only be paused before it locks at 6 PM the previous night. Once a day is locked, the meal is being prepared and can no longer be paused.

5. If we can't deliver

If we are unable to deliver a meal due to operational issues on our side, the affected meals will either be credited to your account for a future delivery or refunded - your choice.

6. How refunds are processed

Where a refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method through our payment provider (Razorpay). Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
