How, when and where we deliver your meals.

TheHonestGrain is a local meal delivery service in Bangalore, Karnataka. We deliver within approximately a 5 km radius of our kitchen in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. During checkout we confirm that your address falls within this service area; if it doesn't, we're unable to deliver to you yet.
We deliver freshly prepared meals locally and do not ship physical products by courier or post.
Lunch is delivered around midday (11 am - 1:30 pm), Monday to Saturday. Sundays are skipped automatically and are not counted as delivery days in your plan. Exact timing can vary slightly with route and traffic.
Delivery is free on all plans within our service area. The price shown on the Pricing page is what you pay - there are no separate delivery fees.
Each delivery day locks at 6 PM the previous night. Until then you can customise that day's meal from your dashboard. After the cut-off, the meal is being prepared and the schedule for that day is fixed.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the meal and that your address and phone number are accurate. If a delivery fails because we couldn't reach you or the address was incorrect, we may not be able to redeliver that meal. If we are unable to deliver due to an issue on our side, the affected meals are credited or refunded as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
